Benchmark Association Services Appoints Liz Alzina as Vice President of Business Development
Liz Alzina’s Business and Community Management Industry Experience Make Her Ideal Candidate for Vice President of Business Development
Las Vegas, NV December 15, 2009 - Benchmark Association Services, an Associa Company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, is pleased to announce Liz Alzina as Vice President of Business Development. As Vice President of Development, Ms. Alzina, will be overseeing a number of areas including the Marketing and Human Resources departments. Ms. Alzina’s main focus will be in the areas of sales initiatives, business development and growth, public relations and contract administration.
Liz Alzina joined Benchmark Association Services in September of 2008 with over 16 years of community management expertise. Ms Alzina most recently took on the responsibilities of Human Resources and has proven herself to be a key team member dedicated to quality service to the Benchmark clients.
Ms. Alzina is originally from California where she worked in the banking industry. She relocated to Las Vegas, NV in 1980. Ms. Alzina is a certified community manager through the Nevada Real Estate Division and has also obtained her CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation through CAI. Ms. Alzina began her career in the community association management industry with a large master planned homeowner association community in the northwest Las Vegas valley in August of 1993 and worked her way up to the position of on-site Assistant General Manager. In this position Ms. Alzina gained experience overseeing the food and beverage department and golf course operation. Before joining Benchmark Association Services, she worked as a developer account portfolio manager for a large property management company, also in the northwest Las Vegas valley.
Since 1991, Benchmark Association Services has been providing community association management and developer consulting services to the greater Las Vegas and Reno areas. Benchmark’s sole focus is providing exceptional customer service, management and accounting services. Together with Associa, Benchmark is also able to offer a variety of supplementary programs and services specifically designed to meet the unique needs of today’s community associations.
