Benchmark Association Services Receives AAMC Accreditation From Community Association Institute
Community Associations in Nevada Benefit from Credentialed Managers Education and Experience
Las Vegas, NV October 22, 2009 - Benchmark Association Services, an Associa Company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, recently received the elite designation Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) from Community Association Institute (CAI). The AAMC designation is only provided to companies such as Benchmark Association Services that have demonstrated exceptional experience, skills and integrity in the field of community association management.
To receive the AAMC designation, Benchmark Association Services had to meet several criteria including having more than 50% of the staff maintain a CMCA, AMS or PCAM designations; senior managers must maintain a PCAM designation and they must comply with the CAI Professional Manager Code of Ethics.
CAI is a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, responsive, competent community associations.
